Ingredients:
1 cup fresh parsley
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp fresh oregano
1 jalapeño (seeded)
2-3 garlic cloves
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
