Ready to do some grilling? If you’re looking to mix things up and take your grill game to the next level, whip up this delicious chimichurri sauce. The fresh, zesty flavor really shines on top of a perfectly cooked steak or roasted chicken. And if meat isn’t your thing, it’s also wonderful on a potato salad.

Fresh parsley, quality olive oil, a little heat, and just a few other ingredients quickly bring this summer staple together.
