LIGHT
Kalanchoe plants need a lot of bright sunlight to bloom, so keep them in a room with an abundance of bright, natural light. Avoid direct sunlight
WATERING
The kalanchoe does well with minimal water, requiring a complete saturation only every few weeks or so. During the winter months, water even less. Let the soil of your Kalanchoe dry out completely in between waterings, then water to the point of saturation.
TEMPERATURE
The kalanchoe plants grow best in temperatures between 55° and 80° F. Be sure to never let the plant go below freezing temperatures.
FERTILIZER
Like most flowering plants, Kalanchoe can benefit from fertilizer. The best time to give them fertilizer is around the time of bloom, so feed with a well-balanced fertilizer blend once a month during the spring and summer months.
HUMIDITY
When it comes to humidity, the Kalanchoe plant is not picky and does not require certain moisture levels in the air.
PET FRIENDLY
Mildly toxic if eaten in large quantities. Keep away from dogs, cats, and children.
